We transformed a 750 SF detached recreation room and hobby shop into a fully functional accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The new layout includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, restroom, and bathroom. The renovation involved removing the existing garage door, entrance door, and windows, replacing them with modern finishes to create a comfortable, self-contained living space that meets current building standards.
